Copyright / DMCA
If you believe content on TwistScript infringes your copyright, send us a takedown notice with the form below or by email to copyright@twistscript.com. We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the person who posted it. TwistScript is operated by Inzinity Pty Ltd (Victoria, Australia).
This page follows the notice-and-takedown structure of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and we've registered a DMCA agent with the US Copyright Office - that's specifically what the jurisdiction consent below is for. It doesn't change what law governs your use of the Platform generally, which is set out in our Terms of Service.
What happens after you file
- We act on valid notices promptly - usually within a couple of days.
- The person who posted the material is told what was removed and why, and may file a counter-notice.
- If a counter-notice is filed, we forward it to you; unless you tell us you have filed a court action within 10-14 business days, the material may be restored.
- Accounts that repeatedly infringe are suspended, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the claim is mistaken, email copyright@twistscript.com with: identification of the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal court for the district covering your address (or, if outside the US, any US federal court) for this specific counter-notice process, and your signature (a typed full name).
A note on misuse
Knowingly false takedown notices carry legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please only file if you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
